Call to Artists: The application process for experienced teaching artists and arts education organizations to become arts service providers for The Right Brain Initiative opens March 16. Application materials for the 2009–10 school year will be available March 16th at www.therightbraininitiative.org. Information meetings are scheduled on March 31, April 2 and 6 at various locations. Call for Presenters: The Oregon Alliance for Arts Education invites you to share your knowledge and expertise with others in our field by submitting a Proposal for Presentation for the 2009 Oregon Arts Education Institute. This conference is for K-12 teachers, arts specialists, after school professionals, parents, teaching artists, education and arts organization leaders, policy makers and funders. The deadline to apply is March 12th. Please refer to the OAAE documents for more information on the institute and the application for presenters.
