Using our theatre

IFCC‘s theatre is an exceptional place for a production of theatre, dance or performance. Featuring video and broadcast capabilities, the theater offers a comfortable, clean experience for audiences and artists alike. We’ve held meetings, city council meetings, film screenings and improv comedy.

Capacity: 90 fixed seats; 110 with added seats

Features:

Daytime Rate
$220.00 first 3 hours; $55.00 per additional hour

Evening/weekend Rate (begins 6:00pm)
$325.00 first 3 hours; $75.00 per additional hour

Long Run Use (seven or more performances)
$225 – $300 per performance
Sliding scale is based on dates/times booked, non-profit status and demand of the space.

Late Night Rate ( begins 10:30pm)
$100—$225
Sliding scale is based on dates/times booked, non-profit status and demand of the space.

Rehearsal Rates
$35.00 an hour with a day or evening performance rental
Additional $10.00 an hour for use of booth
Long Run rentals may have access to a rehearsal/load in block of four, eight hour days for $300, which does include use of booth.

Photo Shoot Block
$120 for a three hour block. Available days and weekends, no evenings. Includes full use of booth.
